We can experiment another method. First you cut it into four pice, remove seed and collect it. We can use seeds . Second After cutting, steam it for 10 minutes,till you are able to remove skin from 🌶. Third. After steaming and removing skin, Put garlic and vinegar. Marinate for 30 minutes. Fourth. I have some suggestions, You take water in pot ,keep cleaning your hand while cleaning skin of 🌶, clean only your by diping inside water. Peel will flote on water. We clean bringal skin using this method to cook recipe bringal chokka....local name of recipe. It's very delicious. Pepper will be extra clean. Crush the garlic, do coating. After that......
